We pride ourselves on delivering world-class support to ensure the optimal performance of our equipment and are seeking a Service Coordinator who shares our commitment to exceptional service.This role is part of our Global Services Division. Reporting directly to the Operations Superintendent. This position is based in Aberdeen, the United Kingdom.Main tasks and responsibilities

• Support Key Account Manager with MOC contract cost estimates, contract responsibility at Start-up Meetings, and serve as the primary customer contact throughout the contract
• Coordinate global inspections, service jobs, spare parts deliveries, subcontractor services, and provide technical support while ensuring timely delivery, specification compliance, and budget monitoring
• Organize installation and warranty jobs, process invoices for service parts and subcontractors, and prepare invoicing documents, including discussions with customers and insurance
• Provide 24/7 customer and vessel support, handle warranty claims, and facilitate communication between customers and Product lines/STS
• Assist with deliveries, ship visits for port sales, and take on additional roles as needed (Team Leader, Sales, Purchasing, Service Engineer)

• At least 2-5 years of relevant business or product experience
• English language – both verbal and written
