If so, you could be the next Service Engineer to join our high-performing EMEA technical support team at Danfoss Drives.As part of a dynamic and professional Service Delivery organization, you will work closely with our Sales Companies, Service Partners, and Customers across the EMEA region. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert-level technical support and case coordination, ensuring fast and effective resolution of complex customer issues. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge across the organization, and supporting our global success.This is an exciting opportunity to grow professionally within one of the world’s leading manufacturers of variable speed drives. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced and passionate colleagues in a collaborative, international environment.Job Responsibilities· Provide technical support and service coordination for local and regional customer cases.· Conduct occasional on-site visits for advanced troubleshooting (approximately 30 travel days annually).· Engage directly with customers to understand technical challenges and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.· Share learnings and best practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement.· Support drive applications in cooperation with service and sales teams.· Maintain ownership of service-related cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.Background & SkillsTo be succesful in this position, you should have:· A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.· Experience with variable speed drives, especially the VLT product (preferred but not mandatory).· Proficient in English (written and spoken)· Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.· Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office, Salesforce and willingness to adopt new IT tools.· Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.You are a structured problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset and the agility to make sound decisions under pressure. As a collaborative team player, you bring a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and grow.
