• To manage support staff including Lift Component Administrators and Technical support.
• Develop and Implement dashboards to monitor delivery performance/identify and implement improvements to enhance sales growth.
• Proactive monitor and Investigate root causes of issues within Lift Components.
• Actively manage third-party warehouse provider focused on implementing best in class processes, metrics and continuous improvement.
• Develop annual budget for transportation and warehouse management associated with Lift Components.
• Evaluate and identify current internal process for areas of optimization.
• Ensure optimal transportation mode and service selection for all shipments.

• Accountable for Quality and Compliance across the third-party warehouse with Quality Management, proactive checks and implementation of audit calendar.
• Maintaining Inventory with a value of £1.2 million.
• Adding/Maintaining and Updating data to enhance the Lift Component Website.
• Overall responsibility for Customer Complaints process.
