Read more: .This recruitment is carried out anonymously.We’re looking for aLAN & WLAN SERVICE OWNERto join our team of professionals and focus on Metsä’s groupwide LAN and WLAN services. This position is located in our Espoo office.What will you get to do?In this role, you will have a key position in developing and maintaining LAN & WLAN services across our business units. Our key target is ensuring the continuity, security, and development of our LAN and WLAN services across Metsä Group’s operations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and external consultants to ensure a high level of network service quality and security.Your responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining LAN & WLAN services at both strategic and operational levels
• Collaborating with our ICT teams and businesses
• Work with our vendors and external consultants to manage services within own responsibility area
• Take part in Incident Response activities
• Active participation in investment projects

What kind of skills are we looking for?We appreciate someone who works for common goals and is eager to share ideas and know-how around the organization. Motivation to develop and learn new things are also appreciated. We hope you have practical know-how and experience with the manufacturers and technologies below:

• LAN & WLAN technologies and experience with:

• Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Palo Alto Networks (Siemens)
• IP addressing, routing, switching, wireless, data center networks, NG firewalls, network security and segmentation
• Experience in Operational Technology (OT) is considered as an advantage.

In addition, we hope you have:

• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills – ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluent Finnish and English skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel couple of times per month
