Job Description:At M/D Totco, we provide Downhole Broadband Solutions that revolutionize drilling and well completion with high-quality data from tools in the BHA and along the drill string. We are seeking a dedicated Service Quality Manager (SQM) to join our team and uphold the highest standards of service quality.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Quality Management System
- Develop, update, and implement local and operational procedures to align with NOV QMS.
- Stay current with industry and NOV QMS updates through continuous review of new publications.
- Actively maintain and enhance the QMS system, driving improvement initiatives.
Incident Management
- Report, investigate, and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) including field incidents, delivery/supplier NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions from audits and customer concerns.
- Conduct root cause analysis for incidents requiring corrective action.
- Create and disseminate service quality alerts detailing issues, risks, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and feedback, ensuring timely resolution.
QMS Implementation
- Facilitate team efforts to establish and monitor customer-supplier relations.
- Maintain quality metrics for suppliers, conduct audits, and manage waiver requests.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, government legislation, and internal procedures.
- Oversee internal and external Quality Audits for assigned facilities.
- Lead regular internal audits, facility quality meetings, and follow up on quality metrics and objectives.
- Manage Quality Risk Assessments and changes related to quality aspects.
General
- Provide training and guidance on quality standards and best practices.
- Execute tasks in compliance with company procedures, HSEQ standards, and best practices.
- Perform other duties as required by business needs and line manager directives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience in a Quality role such as Quality Engineer or Quality Manager.
- ISO-9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification is desirable.
- Knowledge of ISO9000, ISO9001, ISO9004, ISO19011, and other QA standards.
- Preferred experience with oil & gas quality management systems, such as API Q1 and Q2.
