As a Service Sales Account Manager in our Industrial Refrigeration (IREF) department, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers’ requirements and delivering the right technical solutions to enhance their operations.In this role, you will actively engage with clients around Ålesund/Trondheim, consulting with them to identify their specific needs and recommending our diverse range of service solutions and upgrade projects within the IREF/HVAC field. Your ability to listen carefully and provide insightful recommendations will be key to building lasting relationships with our customers.We pride ourselves on our commitment to safety and quality, and we seek a candidate who shares these values.   • Negotiate new service contract and service level agreement with customers
  • Use your technical knowhow to identify solutions to match our customers’ needs within the IREF/HVAC field
  • Engage with customers at their facilities to consult and drive sales growth, through our service, product and digital solutions
  • Manage and lead small to medium size projects

What We Look For

  • Proficient in navigating the dynamic environment of international organizations with a matrix structure
  • Experience from work within IREF/HVAC field, coming from an engineering or technician background
  • Familiar with electrical and process diagrams
  • Solid understanding of thermodynamic processes related to IREF/HVAC field
  • Ability to communicate with customers/stakeholders on all levels in an organization
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Norwegian
