The company is headquartered close to Boston in Natick, MassachusettsWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with at least 3 years of experience to work in our Cork, Ireland office on a hybrid schedule – 3 days in the office and 2 remote.This person will maintain and enhance our ServiceNow platform through configuration, customization and user supportEssential Functions:Platform Maintenance: Ensure the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform across production and non-production environmentsConfiguration: Set up and configure ServiceNow applications and modules according to business requirementsCustomization: Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, and CSSIncident Management: Handle incidents, problems, and change requests related to the ServiceNow platformData Management: Manage the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and ensure data integrity using Discovery or equivalent methodsUpgrades and Patching: Perform regular updates, patches, and code migrations to keep the platform up-to-dateDocumentation: Create and maintain process and knowledge documentation for team members and usersUser Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users and other stakeholdersKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience: At least 3 years of experience with the ServiceNow platformCertifications: ITIL certification and ServiceNow Administrator certification are highly desirableSkills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL processes is also importantMinimum Education and Work Experience Required:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is preferred#LI-PM1Additional Job Description
