Job description
My client is seeking a ServiceNow Analyst to join their team.In this role, the Enterprise Applications Team is responsible for implementing, upgrading, and supporting enterprise applications across core areas like Financials, HR, Payroll Systems, Enterprise Reporting Tools, ECM systems, and Service Now. This team provides end-to-end support for application development, enhancement, and configuration-spanning from concept and design through deployment and benefit realization. The work involves planning, analysis, testing, and deployment of business solutions, either through structured projects or ongoing changes.Key Responsibilities include:
- Engagement with stakeholders to ensure applications are responsive to evolving business needs, and supporting application services with a customer-focused approach.
- Managing Service Now development and maintenance processes, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring incidents are effectively resolved.
- Budget management for capital and operational expenses in Service Now development.
- Change request management across IT teams and maintenance of the Service Now Roadmap, ensuring timely updates, feature releases, and upgrades.
- Issue management and escalation, while building awareness around Service Now capabilities and managing information security risks.
General Responsibilities include collaborating across IT (Cyber Security, Service Management, Architecture) and supporting company-wide initiatives like transformation programs, health and safety standards, and overall business objectives.Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in configuring and managing ServiceNow and working with Service Management processes, ideally with some background in IT operations.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and maintain high professional standards within a team.
