The company continuously develops its four sitesin Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.Job DescriptionThe role has opened due to ever growing international business demands. As a ServiceNow Architect you’ll have a key role in leading the customer through their ServiceNow journey, shaping their IT roadmap, you will be responsible for creating solution design and also for leading the development team through the iterations of implementation. You will work with different ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HR, CSM), create custom applications, and work closely with the customer to position other ServiceNow solutions that would satisfy their future needs.Tasks:

  • Understanding, analyzing and translating customer requirements from business and technical perspective into architectural blueprints and solutions for different ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HR, CSM)
  • Leading the development team and the implementation & deployments in an Agile environment
  • Manage technical governance and development standards and guidelines, supporting to the dev team based on ServiceNow Technical Best Practice and Standards
  • Taking responsibility from simple to complex integration tasks regarding the interface design, creation with different external client applications/systems
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, assessing and estimating requirements, validating solutions
  • Taking responsibility for team’s coding, testing, debugging, and creation of technical documentation
  • Mentoring colleagues, helping the team in developing and training their ServiceNow skills
  • Supporting go to market activities in international sales, presales leads

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in IT sector & SW development projects, 5+ years of experience with implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in lead developer or architect roles in ServiceNow projects
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform key capabilities and solutions, especially in ITSM, HR and CSM
  • ServiceNow certifications (minimum requirements: CSA and 2 CIS or CAD certifications)
  • Experience in interface design and implementation using web services (REST, SOAP, JSON)
  • Understanding of service management concepts (ITIL), data models
  • Excellent ability to design, assess and implement technical solutions individually and assist the team in implementing phases
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Experience with programming languages, databases and scripting e.g., SQL, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Angular, AngularJS
  • Personal qualities: eagerness for self-development, strive for quality, problem solving skills, reliable and thorough personality and a good sense of humor would come in handy working with us, IT geeks
  • Ability to work in an international environment with local and international teams
  • Long-term commitment and willingness to invest in learning and working with ServiceNow
  • Strong oral and written communications skills both English and Hungarian

  • Working proficiency in German language
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Advanced ITIL knowledge and certifications
