Virtual Product OwnershipWhat we expect of youHands-On Expertise: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Developer with a deep understanding of the platform’s architecture, capabilities, and best practices.Platform Management Knowledge: Expertise in managing on-premises and cloud instances, understanding TCO, and setting up best practices for upgrades, clones, and standardization.Strategic Vision: The ability to connect tactical solutions to a broader strategy and long-term vision for the platform.Problem-Solving Proficiency: Creativity in solutioning, combined with the ability to deliver quick, hands-on examples to drive implementation.Self-Leadership & Collaboration: Thrives in an environment that values initiative and teamwork.
