A leading company in the automotive sector is looking for a proactive and hands-on Shift Team Leader in Logistics to manage warehouse and supply operations during production shifts. This role is ideal for a logistics professional with strong leadership skills and a continuous improvement mindset.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and enforce safety standards and risk prevention practices in your area.
Ensure logistics services meet internal and external customer expectations.
Monitor logistics KPIs and address deviations, incidents, or quality issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Maintain accurate data in the system and ensure equipment availability and maintenance.
Design and optimize efficient material flows from docks to warehouse and production lines.
Guarantee timely component supply to production lines.
Develop team versatility to adapt to changing customer needs.
Lead and motivate your team, fostering ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
Deploy Lean tools and thinking to enhance logistics performance.
Lead improvement actions to reduce customer claims and operational inefficiencies.
Detect and anticipate issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and track progress.
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of experience in a similar logistics leadership role.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory, and process control.
LEAN mindset and experience with continuous improvement tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English; French and/or German are strong assets.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
