London GNOC Engineer (Shift) – EnglishBusiness: ICT Operations
Company Location: Telehouse Docklands, London
Salary: £23,000 – £29,000 (depending on experience)
Office working: Shift-based role (4 days work, 4 days off)All applicants must have an eligible visa for working in the UK.Job description:

• Monitor and maintain services to ensure smooth operation and fast restoration of customer networking issues 24/7.
• Handle Japan domestic services and maintain regular communication with customers and domestic teams in Japan.
• Troubleshoot network issues and escalate matters to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Create monthly reports for customers and update documentation, including Typo3 documents.
• Provide support for access arrangement, maintenance notifications, and collaborate with relevant parties.
• Travel within EMEA+CIS regions when required.

Requirements:

• Fluent in business-level English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
• Experience in customer service or call center operations is advantageous.
• Networking skills, such as knowledge of Ethernet, TCP/IP, MPLS, ADSL, SDSL, and Fibre cabling.
• Experience with servers, firewalls, and Cisco equipment.
• Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
