In Finland, we have 15 retail outlets at the award-winning Helsinki-Vantaa Airport.We are now looking for:Shop Floor Manager for our Duty Free Store at Helsinki-Vantaa Airportto be responsible for daily store operations and team management. The position is full-time and valid until further notice.In this role you will be responsible on:Leading a sales associate team in daily sales work
Ensuring smooth everyday life in the store in accordance with Avolta’s operating principles
Leading by example and supporting team members in their personal development
Daily store reporting and administrative tasksTo succeed in this role, we require:Previous experience in supervisory work in the service sector
Drive for sales
Goal-oriented and result-oriented attitude
Ability to lead a team with appreciation and coaching them to succeed
Excellent service attitude and ability to take initiative
You can keep calm under pressure and don’t find a fast-paced work tempo too stressful
Good English language skills and ability to serve our customers also in Finnish. Any other language skills are seen as a plus in our international work environment.Our stores are open every day of the year between 03:30 and 01:00 and the work includes early mornings, late evenings, weekend and Sunday shifts. This is standing work and distances in the airport can be long.Please note that to be able to work at airport, you will go through a background safety clearance and you are required to have valid proof of identity.What we offer you:in-depth onboarding
