A well-established provider of tiles and bathroom solutions is seeking experienced and passionate Retail Showroom Sales Executives to join our team in Togher Industrial Estate, Cork City.

• Salary: 30 to 35K

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to become part of a dynamic team in a thriving showroom environment. The key focus of this role is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, offering expert product knowledge and outstanding service that exceeds expectations.Role Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and tailored advice to clients.
• Proactively engage with customers to identify the best solutions for their needs.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards.
• Support management with various operational tasks as required.
• Adhere to company performance standards at all times.

Ideal Candidate:

• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen with a desire to maximize earning potential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimum two years of sales experience in a similar retail environment (experience in tiles and bathrooms is an advantage but not essential).
• Competency in using computer systems (experience with Intact IQ is beneficial but not required).
