We deliver to the leading players within the individual industries, and are the market leader within our segment.Who are we looking for:We are currently seeking experienced formwork carpenters for our client to work on the installation of prefabricated structures as well as both standard and custom formwork tasks. The work will take place on modern construction projects in Harstad, Norway.The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar position.You will be working in an international environment, so a communicative level of English or Norwegian will be an additional advantage.Responsibilites:Installation of prefabricated elements (including those with openings for ceilings, vehicles, and framesScaling and installation of external HD edgesMounting of studs (welded to steel structures – with pre-welded joints)Pouring concrete between prefabricated elementsInstallation of inclined reinforcements for steel structuresPlacement of support props under profiles when necessaryRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience as a formwork carpenterAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsExperience working with prefabricated and steel structural elementsFamiliarity with formwork systems (PERI, DOKA, or similar)Precision, independence, and responsibilityCommunicative English or Norwegian will be considered an assetWhy choose us and this opportunity?We offer the right candidate the opportunity for professional- and personal development on great and famous projects.You will be part of a Norwegian organization and the Trade union represents you and your interests on different levels as developing tariff salary agreements, pension contributions for the industry, being present during potential reorganizations at the workplace, helping you out as an individual with free legal assistance.Other than that we offer the following:A Norwegian employment contract with full benefits, including insurance, pension contributions, and holiday allowanceSalary: 263 NOK grossFree accommodation in a single roomFirst ticket for freeLong-term projectFree work clothes, safety boots, and all necessary toolsSupport from an experienced on-site HR consultantAdecco er et av Norges ledende rekrutterings- og bemanningsselskap.
