Operating heavily in Ireland, the UK & Europe, on Data Centres,Industrial, & Pharma projects, they are renowned for delivering projects efficiently, safely and to the highest standards for the past 25 years.We are currently seeking to recruit a motivated Site Administrator to join our team in Athlone on an FTC. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site management team, maintaining documentation, coordinating between various departments, and ensuring the efficient flow of information.Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Delivering general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager) & supporting a project team – such as daily roll call, arrange inductions for new site staff, updating holiday and absence tracker and other such administrative duties as they arise.
- Maintain Weekly Labour Schedule. (LAR)
- Scan and File procurement information such as PODs electronically.
- Communicating as the site main point of contact, with IT to resolve issues.
- Managing Stationery & photocopier maintenance.
- Electronic File Management as per company procedures.
- Assist with the management of Project Handovers.
- Record and issue of site meeting minutes as required
- Ensure smooth flow of information for all site staff and relevant sub-contractors
- Update live schedules on the server and ensure most recent copies are always available
Essential
- Previous experience on a Construction site is advantageous.
- You must be eligible to work in Ireland and have excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative.
- Strong administrative experience is a distant advantage.
