Job Summary:The Investigator Contracts Lead (ICL) is responsible for managing and executing clinical trial site contracts and budgets, including initial agreements and amendments. This role involves direct negotiation with investigator sites, oversight of contract professionals, and resolution of budget and non-legal issues. The ICL also leads complex contracting strategies and ensures alignment with clinical trial timelines and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead contract and budget negotiations with clinical trial sites.
• Manage Per-Subject Cost (PSC) processes and resolve escalations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contracting issues on assigned studies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to streamline contracting processes.
• Guide and support other contracting professionals (ICLs, pCROs, FSPs).
• Ensure compliance with global clinical study agreement processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in site contracting.

Qualifications:Basic:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years in clinical development or outsourcing.
• Strong experience in clinical study budgeting and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead in a matrixed environment.

Preferred:

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Juris Doctorate with 2+ years.
• Expertise in global Clinical Trial Agreement negotiation.
