• You provide comprehensive administrative support to the site management team, managing schedules, organizing meetings, and preparing essential documentation
• You coordinate logistics for business trips, on-site events, and visitor arrangements, creating a seamless experience and a welcoming environment.
• You oversee office supplies and inventory, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace
• You support internal communications, ensuring that important updates are effectively shared across the site, and you organize internal events to foster a collaborative work culture
• You track and maintain key site data, such as compliance records, attendance, and operational metrics, assisting with reporting and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• You bring proven experience in an administrative or site support role, ideally within an industrial setting
• You are highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and a talent for prioritizing effectively
• You excel in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and are comfortable with digital tools for data tracking and communication
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, with a friendly, customer-focused approach
• You are proactive and resourceful, adapting quickly to changes and always ready to support the team
• Part-time possible if available Monday through Friday
