This company has an impressive project portfolio with many major, blue-chip clients. They continue to expand across Ireland, United Kingdom and Europe delivering global commercial office spaces, data centre projects and high-specification residential projects.Benefits:

You will need:

• An engineering degree/diploma or related discipline or trade qualifications (carpentry)
• A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-density residential, commercial or refurbishment projects
• Knowledge of the latest building regulations and standards
• The ability to manage the workflow of subcontractors ensuring they comply with the programme of works on site
• A minimum of 7 years Site Management experience
