Start Date: ImmediateAn experienced Site Manager is required for a new-build supermarket development in County Kerry. This is a great opportunity to take a lead role on a high-profile retail project with a well-established main contractor.We’re looking for someone with strong site management experience, excellent leadership skills, and a track record of delivering projects to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on siteMaintain tight control over programme, quality assurance, and health & safety complianceWork closely with the project team, including engineers, quantity surveyors, and design professionalsChair site meetings and manage project documentation, reports, and updatesDrive productivity and ensure site standards meet the client’s expectationsRequirements:Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager role on commercial or retail buildsProven ability to manage all site activities from groundworks through to handoverStrong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and site safety practicesExcellent communication and leadership skillsTrade or construction-related qualification desirableWhat’s on Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageImmediate start availableOpportunity to join a reputable contractor on a significant build in KerryStrong pipeline of future work and long-term prospectsTo apply, please send your CV or get in touch for a confidential conversation about the role.INDSD
