This is a great opportunity to join an exciting and impactful project focused on improving system reliability, automation, and performance in a financial technology environment.About the ClientYou’ll be working on a critical project for a well-known bank, helping improve the performance and reliability of their platforms used across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support production systems and environmentsMonitor application performance and respond to issues quicklyImprove system reliability and reduce incidents over timeAutomate deployment and support CI/CD pipelinesSet up and maintain alerts and monitoring toolsTroubleshoot issues across the full technology stackWork closely with global teams across time zonesMentor junior team members and share knowledgeBe available for on-call support on a rotating scheduleWhat We’re Looking For Must-Have Skills:Linux & Shell scriptingKnowledge of ITIL/ITSM processesExperience with CI/CD (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket)Monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace preferred)Application troubleshooting skillsBasic SQL knowledgeYAML / Groovy scripting Nice-to-Have:Basic knowledge of Ansible or ChefExperience with event-driven architectureAbout SpertonSperton Norway As is part of Sperton Global, a recruitment and consulting company with an international reach.
