About the Role:WiiSDA is recruiting experienced and qualified car painters to join high-quality car repair workshops for our customer across Denmark. This is a full-time, permanent position in a modern, well-regulated, and supportive work environment. You will join a professional team and work with the latest tools and technologies to ensure top-tier results in car painting and surface finishing. Key Responsibilities:Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting (sanding, grinding, filling, masking)Mix and apply primers, base coats, and topcoats to match manufacturer specificationsPerform spot repairs and full resprays with high attention to detailPolish and finish painted surfaces to ensure a flawless finishCollaborate with panel beaters, mechanics, and other workshop staffEnsure compliance with safety and environmental standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area Candidate Profile: Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 3 years of recent, relevant experience as a car painter / autolakererCertificate, diploma, or vocational training in car painting or auto body repairValid driving license (Category B) * Basic English communication skills (Danish not required; support is provided)

- Danish language training: first course 100% paid, 50/50 split for future courses
