Pay Rate – £14.42-15.63 per hour
Location – Weston-Super-Mare (BS23)Gi Group are recruiting for well-established and growing company specialising in residential and commercial property maintenance, renovation, and improvement services. Looking for skilled and reliable Multi-Trade labourers with strong carpentry skills to join a team who are committed to delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. Hours of work – 8am-5pm
Days of work – Monday – Friday
Location – Weston-Super-Mare (BS23) – but need to be willing to travel as projects arise – a van will be provided if required
Type of Contract – Ongoing temporary with potential for a permanent roleKey Responsibilities of a Skilled Labourer:

• Cut and install Aqua boards on walls.
• General maintenance and repairs.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects to a high standard.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
• Assist with any other duties as required by the team or management.

Skills & Experience Required of a Skilled Labourer:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Person, with a focus on carpentry – desired but not essential.
• Experience in general maintenance tasks across other trades (e.g., plumbing, tiling, basic electrical).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence;
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
