Learn more at .We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in coaching, change management, and leading cross-border teams. This person will oversee a team of 20 sales professionals, including 3 Team Leads based in Finland, Estonia, and Latvia. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader who can inspire performance, drive transformation, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration across diverse markets.The Inside Sales / SMB sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and existing clients by developing or expanding business significantly within small, micro and medium segments and will have a major impact on the Company’s long-term success. The team will be responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell, up-sell, win-back and new customer acquisition as required. This role is responsible to build, inspire and lead a sales team within the Inside Sales / SMB sales channel.Responsibilities:
