Solutions can range from RPA to cognitive intelligence or data analytics.As an Automation Developer you are tasked with taking requirements documents and translating these to operational solutions that have been deployed to the business and have a successful warranty period (also known as hypercare).You will work closely with other members of the development team, the development lead and technical lead and the Project Management Office and the Analyst team.The role will be highly visible regionally and globally and will require the ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels and from a mixture of technical and non-technical backgrounds. A background in technical development or testing is useful but not essential for the role.The individual will be a proactive and driven self-starter, with the appetite and passion to help drive change across Lilly delivering change to their processes. They will play a key role in ensuring that automation becomes a core competency at Lilly.Responsibilities:
