DublinHours: 35 hours per weekContract: Permanent ContractSalary Scale: €32,658 – €47,065 (pro-rated to 35 hours)We are looking for a Social Care Worker to join our Day Service team in Portmarnock. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong person-centred vision and will play a critical key role in facilitating and supporting individuals in our Day Service while upholding our core values of providing respectful, progressive, professional, and positive services.Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and innovative, with strong problem-solving skills. They will be committed to empowering the individuals we support, promoting a high-quality service that helps them lead fulfilling lives.Requirements:

• QQI Level 7/8 Bachelor’s Degree in Social Care or a related field.
• Registered with CORU or started the application process for registration.
• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong IT skills and Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Full, clean manual driving licence (This is an essential requirement)
• Prior experience of working in disability services is desirable.
• Knowledge of New Directions Services & Supports for adults with disabilities would be advantageous.
