What you will do:– Conduct assessments as part of the fostering approval process and provide comprehensive support to foster carers
– Work collaboratively with children, families, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children in care
– Develop and implement care plans in line with legal and procedural requirements
– Engage in supervision and continuous professional development to enhance practice
