Our commitment to safety ensures everyone goes home safely at the end of each day.We are looking for an experienced SOF Supervisor to lead and manage our SOF department, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes in a 24/7 operational environment. This is a leadership position requiring strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate complex processes while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the SOF department, managing a team of 5 foremen and 36 operators.
• Execute and optimize production planning, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) requirements and company policies.
• Lead and resolve operational challenges by collaborating with internal departments.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes, using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity.
• Participate in morning meetings, toolbox talks, and safety discussions.
• Train and mentor employees, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of new projects and technologies to optimize performance.

Key Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or mechanical environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in mechanical processes and production optimization.
• Proficiency in IT and ERP systems for efficient workflow management.
• Experience in conflict resolution, team motivation, and coaching leadership.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is an advantage.
• Danish and English proficiency is required
