Therefore, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Software Developer to join our Radar team and become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our team
As our new Software Developer, you will be part of our Radar team developing advanced software for complex, performance-critical systems. Your primary focus will be on C++ development, ideally with CUDA/GPU programming experience. If you bring knowledge of signal processing or are eager to learn it, that will be a plus as well.You will work closely with our software architects and domain experts to turn technical requirements into robust solutions. The team consists of 20+ developers, architects, and a test manager working in an Agile setup. We work closely together, support one another, and value continuous learning, whether you are mentoring others or growing your skills.Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize software with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with our software architects and domain experts to shape software solutions
• Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and software design
• Contribute to early testing and quality assurance as part of the development process

What you bringWe are looking for someone with solid technical skills and a collaborative mindset.Key qualifications:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of professional software development experience
• Strong programming skills in modern C++
• Experience developing on Linux
• A structured and quality-oriented approach to software design
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

It’s a plus if you have experience with:

• CUDA and GPU programming
• Signal processing and a strong mathematical foundation
• Architectural patterns such as layered or hexagonal design
• Systems with close hardware-software integration
