Within our Marketing Tools group, the Automations team helps customers connect with their audiences through intuitive, trigger-based email workflows. Whether it’s a welcome message, an abandoned cart reminder, or a seasonal promotion, we make it easy for users to reach the right person at the right time-with minimal effort.This is a hybrid role based in our Dublin office. You’ll report to the Engineering Team Manager for the Automations team and work alongside a collaborative, high-performing team.You’ll Get To…

• Build: Develop user-facing features for our automation workflows using modern JavaScript and frontend frameworks.
• Contribute: Help shape the evolving Automations UI and bring designs to life through thoughtful implementation.
• Collaborate: Work closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver reliable, accessible, and performant interfaces.
• Learn: Gain exposure to new technologies and patterns while working in a greenfield codebase.
• Own: Take responsibility for features throughout the development lifecycle-from concept to production.

Who We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience building frontend applications in a production environment.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of modern frontend tooling, testing, and component-based design.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.
• An interest in user experience and building interfaces that are clean, intuitive, and accessible.
• Experience working within a design system is a plus.
