- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development and team management
- Strong technical expertise in software development, programming languages, databases, cloud technologies, AI, and DevOps
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage software development teams
- Experience in project planning, timeline management, and risk assessment
- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Lead and mentor the software development team, ensuring effective performance and professional growth
- Assign, monitor, and track tasks within the team while maintaining high motivation and collaboration
- Plan software projects, manage timelines, and oversee budget allocation
- Set project goals and coordinate the necessary steps to achieve them
- Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle
- Make critical decisions regarding software architecture, technology selection, and technical standards
- Ensure code quality, testing processes, and long-term sustainability
- Foster Agile, Scrum, and other development methodologies for efficient workflows
- Act as a bridge between product managers, clients, and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project requirements
- Regularly report project progress and key updates to stakeholders
- Keep up with new technologies and innovations to maintain our competitive edge
- Optimize and continuously improve development processes and tools
- Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Oversee software quality assurance and testing to deliver high-quality products on time
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business goals
