- Define and maintain company-wide test policies, test Methods and standards according to ISTQB.
- Create test concepts for the product families, define test objectives and types (e.g., unit, integration, system tests).
- Decide on strategic tool selection (e.g., test Management tools, CI/CD platforms).
- Plan resources and schedule, monitor test progress; create test reports and KPIs.
- Evaluate test and quality risks and prioritize test activities.
- Promote a testing culture, develop training concepts for testing and quality assurance.
- Represent testing-related topics in cross-group expert committees.
Your profile
- Degree from a University of Applied Sciences with a focus on Computer Science or a related field.
- Further training or certification as a Software Test Manager or Quality Manager (ISTQB).
- Several years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience and expertise in agile team environments.
- Beneficial: Background in embedded software, industrial IoT/digitalization and experience with Offshoring projects.
- A communicative and committed team player with strong assertiveness.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a quick grasp of complex topics.
- Excellent command of German and English (minimum Level B2).
