Our client, a Lexcel-accredited law firm in Norfolk, are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their thriving property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer to advance their career within a respectable legal practice.Position Overview
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to the firm’s clients. You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from inception to completion. Your expertise will contribute to the firm’s reputation for providing clear, practical legal advice and exceptional customer service.Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions with minimal supervision
• Manage freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Oversee new build transactions, including Help to Buy and shared ownership schemes
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Residential Conveyancer
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional administration and IT capabilities
• Collaborative and team-orientated approach
• Outstanding client service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
