The Corporate Solicitor will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional legal services to the firm’s diverse client base. You will handle a busy caseload, providing clear legal solutions that foster growth and protect the interests of both individuals and businesses.Responsibilities

• Manage a busy caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
• Provide clear legal solutions to clients’ unique needs
• Attend events and engage in marketing and business development activities
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a supportive team environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to the firm’s values of integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• Ideally, at least 6 years PQE
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to work cohesively within a friendly and personable team
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service
