Litigation Solicitor (2-5 years PQE) – BournemouthOur highly-regarded client is searching for an experienced Litigation solicitor, with 2 – 5 years PQE to handle a varied caseload of litigation matters under supervision. This is a full-time, permanent vacancy based in Bournemouth.The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual with a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and claims within the County Court along with knowledge of High Court claims and cost budgeting.The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within one or more of the following areas:

• Debt Recovery
• Construction Litigation
• Commercial Litigation
• Contractual Disputes
• Contentious Probate / Inheritance Act Claims
