As our Solution Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the enterprise rollout of our SaaS platform helping clients onboard successfully through structured delivery, clear communication, and lightweight technical engagement.This is not a professional services consulting role. You won’t be buried in endless client-specific code or heavy customizations. Instead, you’ll work cross-functionally to help clients adopt our product the right way: cleanly, securely, and in line with platform best practices so they can scale on top of us, not around us.What You’ll Be Doing 📈

• Own and lead structured onboarding and implementation projects for enterprise wealth clients from kickoff through go-live.
• Act as the delivery lead and primary stakeholder interface, driving alignment, managing expectations, and keeping timelines on track.
• Enable clients to integrate Performativ via standard platform patterns: APIs, SSO, configuration without custom build-outs.
• Work with product and engineering to guide solution architecture choices and flag gaps early. Always advocating for scalable paths, not bespoke ones.
• Develop repeatable playbooks, documentation, and onboarding frameworks to accelerate future implementations.
• Help shape client onboarding strategy. Balancing client needs with platform direction, and advocating for standardization where it matters.
• Support post go-live transitions, ensuring a clean handover to Customer Success and long-term client value realization.

What We’re Looking For 🎯Experience

• 7+ years in client-facing implementation or enterprise delivery roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or platform companies.
• Proven track record managing complex rollouts with multiple stakeholders while resisting the pull of “just one more customization.
• Experience working with enterprise clients (banks, asset managers, regulated industries) while maintaining SaaS delivery discipline.
• Comfort balancing urgency with sustainability: you know how to get to go-live without mortgaging long-term maintainability.

Technical Fluency

• You’re not, necessarily, a developer, but you’re comfortable with APIs, data structures, auth flows (OAuth/SAML), and deployment models.
• You can dive into logs, payloads, and basic SQL or Python when needed to unblock yourself or a client – but you prioritize scalable fixes over tactical workarounds.
• You advocate for platform-aligned solutions, not special cases.
