Read more: .This recruitment is carried out anonymously.We are looking for an enthusiasticSOLUTION DESIGNER, RPA/IPAto join us in Metsä Group ICT Services unit in Espoo to focus on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and IPA (Intelligent Process Automation) services and solutions.What will you get to do?The focus for this role is gathering and understanding business requirements for RPA initiatives, contribute suitable automation potential process / tasks analysis and prioritization and creating process definition documents (PDD) and other material for RPA/IPA technology partner. You will coordinate supplier’s implementation work and participate to testing activities. You will be serving all Metsä Group business and process areas together with your professional ICT colleagues and partners.Managing RPA/IPA development work in Metsä Group, including;

  • Analyzing and translating business requirements into design and development specifications, coordinating testing of new or enhanced RPA/IPA functionalities and controlling the overall progress of development.
  • Coordinate demand funnel together with RPA/IPA Solution Owner and manage change backlog.
  • Promoting RPA/IPA awareness for business and other organization in cooperation meetings.
  • Operative management of external partners’ work by verifying the content and design, workload estimates and quality of work for change requests and in projects/releases.
  • Creating/maintaining the solution documentation together with business, external partners and other ICT teams as well as approval of the solution documentation.
  • Participating RPA/IPA technical development tasks as process & design related SME role
  • Managing application continuous services together with vendors and ICT colleagues.

What kind of skills are we looking for?

  • You have prior experience from process automation related business process analytics and/or project management. RPA/IPA -project experience preferred.
  • UiPath platform understanding and technical mindset is highly appreciated.
  • Ability to work independently, manage vendors and take responsibility on selected areas.
  • Interested to learn new ways of working, bring fresh ideas to automation initiatives, search information actively and connect with business and ICT.
  • Good communication skills, ability to listen/understand customer and drive to automate business processes.
  • Fluent English and Finnish skills are expected.

You need to be able to handle a number of concurrent automation initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders in order to succeed in this role. You are able to understand business processes automation requirements and provide solutions to them. You are development orientated and can actively turn development initiatives into actions.
