We support our customers in improving productivity and developing sustainable, low-carbon solutions for industrial, marine, and offshore applications.We are now looking for a Solution & Service Engineer to join our skilled team in Holmestrand, Norway, supporting customers across Norway and internationally. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge technology, supporting projects from commissioning to troubleshooting, and acting as a trusted partner for our clients.Job ResponsibilitiesAs our new Solution & Service Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands-on technical support and guidance to local and global customers.
• Developing and implementing tailored technical solutions for marine, offshore, and land-based industries.
• Participating in technical meetings to assess customer needs and propose optimal solutions.
• Managing projects and preparing documentation, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), technical descriptions, and system drawings.
• Commissioning new installations and conducting customer training to ensure successful operation.
• Performing service and troubleshooting tasks, primarily in Norway, with some international travel as needed.
• Following up on service orders and contributing to internal systems and customer records.
• Developing your expertise in power conversion and hybrid technologies for demanding environments.

You thrive in a practical environment and are motivated by problem-solving and building strong relationships.To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Automation (Engineer or Technician)
• Experience in similar roles, especially within industrial, marine, or offshore sectors.
• A solid understanding of industrial machines, process automation, and power conversion.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 100 travel days per year), both within Norway and abroad. We support flexible planning to help balance travel and personal commitments.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken). knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage.
• Offshore certification (or willingness to obtain one – training and support will be provided).
