Then you may be our next Solution Consultant at Merkle!As Solution Consultant, you’ll be part of our Merkle Growth team doing pre-sales efforts and act as a Subject matter expert in our project deliveries. You’ll guide clients from first conversation to delivery hand-off, shaping solutions that are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.The position calls for strong analytical thinking, technical experience, clear communication, and a genuine interest in modern content platforms (Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe, WordPress, and headless stacks) as well as related systems and integrations (e.g. DAM, eCommerce platforms inc. PIM / 3PL integrations, personalization engines to name a few).Your curiosity extends well beyond CMSs – you closely monitor the AI space and have an interest in cloud-native architecture and technological frameworks, always eager to translate them into real-world solutions applicable for our clients.You will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, project managers, and client directors, data & analysts — all with the aim of creating digital experiences that delight users and drive results.Your primary responsibilities will includeTranslating our clients’ business and experience goals into clear technical requirements and roadmapsLeading discovery workshops and scoping sessions, breaking work into manageable piecesProducing effort estimates, timelines, and high-level architecture diagrams that are relevant to stakeholders can understandActing as a trusted advisor during RFPs and pitches, explaining our proposed approach in a concise, compelling waySpotting risks and dependencies early and communicating them clearly to stakeholdersActing as a client-facing SME, working with developers and architects to explain to stakeholders how changing requirements impact solution feasibility.Staying up to date on technology trends and platform capabilities, integration patterns, and best practices to guide your recommendationsFor this role, we are looking for someone who has3–6 years of experience as a technical project manager, senior developer, or similar hybrid roleExperience in an advisory role and stakeholder management is required, ideally from a consultancy, agency, or software company.Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activitiesHands-on experience with at least one modern DXP or CMS (for example Sitecore, Optimizely, Adobe, WordPress, or headless)Experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS, Azure & GCPA solid grasp of agile ways of working and related tools (such as JIRA, DevOps, Confluence)A track record of turning fuzzy requirements into clear statements of work and estimatesExperience in presenting to both senior executives and delivery teams, adjusting the level of detail and language as neededFluency in English and SwedishBenefitsA great office in StockholmAmazing colleagues who are experts in everything digitalThe flexibility and the best of both worlds – to work from home and the office.Excellent career opportunities within both Merkle and DentsuThe possibility to work with large, international clients in cross-market teams30 vacation days and 5000 SEK in wellness allowanceIncentives connected to well-being and personal developmentA strong, open culture with several events, after-works, and happenings yearlyAbout MerkleMerkle is a full-service, data-driven customer experience transformation agency.
