What we look for in a Sous Chef:

  • As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
  • Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
  • A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
  • Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
  • Take pride in every successful service.
  • A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
