This critical role will help accelerate brand launches and standardise visual execution across our beauty halls. You will lead the development and implementation of planograms across eight stores, delivering best-in-class brand presentation across gondolas and wall fixtures for approximately 160 brands.The aim is to create a scalable, repeatable merchandising solution that enhances the customer journey and brings brand stories to life.Conduct audits of current merchandising layouts across all Planet Beauty locationsDesign scalable, brand-appropriate planograms for gondola and wall fixture formatsDevelop zoning strategies, product adjacencies, and fixture navigation flowsCreate a visual merchandising blueprint that supports rapid speed-to-market and aligns with the Planet Beauty conceptCollaborate with internal buying, marketing, and store operations teams to ensure feasibility and executional alignmentEnsure all designs are adaptable for future expansion to additional locationsEngage with external shopfitters, fixture suppliers, and brand partners as neededDeliver final planogram assets in a format ready for use by in-store and visual teamsLeverage data (SPSM, footfall, and stock) to prioritise high-performing products and categories in premium spaceMonitor space productivity and performance metrics, making recommendations based on data insightsKNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORProven experience in space planning in beauty or luxury retailStrong understanding of fixture planning, customer flow, and storytelling at the point of saleProficiency in planogramming software (e.g. JDA/Spaceman, MockShop, SmartDraw, or similar tools)A strong aesthetic eye combined with commercial acumenAnalytical thinker with a data-driven approachSolid grasp of retail profitability leversExceptional attention to detail and spatial awarenessExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience working in multi-brand environments with complex product assortmentsStrong project management skills and ability to deliver against tight timelinesConfidence in cross-functional collaboration and managing diverse stakeholder inputFamiliarity with the Irish or UK retail market is a plusKNOW WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUWe believe that every team member should have the opportunity to curate a meaningful career that enhances professional and personal development.
