This postholder will ensure that specialist team complete their allocated activities within specified timeframes, according to the required standards, and will be the main point of contact for customers and Service Operation Managers regarding specialist technical topics associated with the turbines.What will you be doing?Key activities for this role include:
Organisation and attendance at customer meetings in relation to the specialist topicsWhat are we looking for?The successful candidate will have experience of working in a leadership role within the wind industry or a similar sector and be experiences in managing remote field-based roles across the UK and Ireland.You will hold a formal qualification in Mechanical and or Electrical Engineering and have either a qualification or relevant experience in business management. The successful candidate must also have excellent computer literacy skills with the ability to use MS Office, in house databases and workload management systems.You will be experienced in dealing with complex business issues and are able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skillsOther skills and behaviours required for this role include:
