– Proven practical experience in the field of vehicle technology and thorough knowledge of workshop and repair processes
– Experience in training and in content and didactic training design, using innovative and modern learning methods
– Exceptional analytical skills with a keen sense of overall context
– Strong communication skills, able to accurately present complex topics at both operational and management levels with respect for respectful and friendly interaction
– Cultural adaptability for international contexts and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken. Additional foreign language skills are advantageous
– Proficiency in M365 standard software, particularly an expertise in Excel
– Independent, structured, and well-networked work approach
– Readiness to travel (20-25%)
– Exceptional teamwork skills and a preference for working in a dynamic and cooperative environmentResponsibilitiesIn the “Warranty Audit” department, you identify vulnerabilities, risks, and potentials of the warranty process handling within the worldwide Service organization and ensure the quality of our auditors from external service providers through appropriate training and control measures. With this responsible position, you make a significant contribution to a positive customer experience in the context of particularly customer-sensitive warranty repairs, you support achieving adequate cost targets and contribute to an audit-proof warranty application review at a central interface of customer, service, and product quality.– Conduct warranty audits at service and service partners independently or as part of a team, either directly on site or remotely
– Implement the most current audit processes both in terms of content and procedural operation and help to further develop these in coordination with audit strategists
– Manage a group of 10 to 15 international warranty auditors form external service providers (main focus)
– Create training measures and training materials for theory and practice
– Develop and implement needs-based training plans
– Conduct training and monitor audits
Evaluation, Feedback, and continuous improvement
First point of contact for technical questions and support requirements in daily business
Cooperate with all internal and external interfaces for the selection and operational management of external audit service providers
