• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing disorders in clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Deliver effective therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to promote communication skills.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to enhance client progress.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and client outcomes in adherence to regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of advancements in speech therapy.
• Provide guidance and support to clients and their families on communication enhancement techniques.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Speech Therapy or a related field, with valid professional registration.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in speech therapy, particularly in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a caring and patient-oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to new surroundings and professional culture.
