Bring your curious, focused and brave personality and join this team, working with the complexity of the LEGO Building System and the System-in-Play values to safeguard world class building and play experience!Core ResponsibilitiesThe System & Material Governance is a department where the key focus is to champion the LEGO Building System (DUPLO, LEGO and Technic), and govern the architecture of the platforms and systems, to develop, maintain and optimize the compatibility and values of the LEGO bricks (elements). This area is key to innovating and protecting our core values – as all elements equally have the power to enable the System-in-Play philosophy.
