Are you motivated by delivering streamlined global finance solutions using advanced technology?As Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant, you will join the B&O IT Team working from Struer, Lyngby (Denmark), or Sofia. In this key role, you will contribute to shaping the implementation and optimization of our global Dynamics 365 Finance solutions. You will collaborate across departments and systems, ensuring Bang & Olufsen’s IT landscape supports high-quality financial operations.Key responsibilities

• Execute the responsibilities as D365 F&O Consultant and ensure that business needs are consistently met in the standard solutions we create
• Bring functional knowledge through managing end-to-end processes and provide functional and technical support through design, testing, and training
• Optimize and align ways of working together with your team and stakeholders by analyzing and understanding business processes to deliver optimal solutions within the boundaries of standard functionality
• Assessment of impact of D365 releases together with the architecture and operation team
• Work closely amongst the technical team through data migration, integration, and system enhancement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
• Provide ongoing support and advice to internal stakeholders to ensure optimal use of the system

What you bringYou are motivated by solving complex problems, digging into issues, understanding details while still able to keep a holistic view of the entire architecture, the end-to-end processes and user stories, and all dependencies. You deliver outcomes and you are an effective communicator, collaborative, and ready to build a proficient network that allows you to gain a deep understanding of business practices and needs and translate them to the preferred standard configurations and use of the D365 F&O and CE solution stack.Moreover, you have:✓ +8 years of experience as ERP Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365✓ In-depth understanding of finance and operations processes within D365✓ Proficient analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems✓ Experience with implementation of multinationals group with multiple legal entities✓ Knowledge about FO Integration with the D365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service and Field Service✓ Fluent in English.
