In this role, you will manage scheduling, monitor time registration, and oversee personnel usage, ensuring that we meet the demands of our growing business while supporting our teams in delivering the best guest experiences.You will work closely with team leaders and other stakeholders, making sure that our workforce is efficiently planned and that operations align with our commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. You will be instrumental in helping Stromma create Memories for Life by ensuring we have the right people in the right place at the right time.Key Responsibilities
- System Administration
- Schedule Planning: Plan and maintain staff schedules for drivers and sales personnel.
- Monitor and Report Timekeeping
- Operations Calendar Oversight: Maintain control over the operations activities calendar, ensuring schedules align.
- Recruitment Project Coordination: Support and manage aspects of recruitment projects
- Optimize Staffing Levels: Continuously assess and optimize personnel allocation across destinations to ensure efficiency and smooth operations.
- Travel & Accommodation Coordination: Organize travel and accommodation for staff when necessary, ensuring logistical needs are met.
- Facilitate Team Communication: Serve as the central point of communication with team leaders, primarily through Microsoft Teams, ensuring coordination and efficiency.
Who We Are Looking ForWe’re searching for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:
- Experience in Workforce Planning: Previous experience in workforce management, personnel scheduling, or a similar role.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with workforce systems and strong Microsoft Teams communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to resolving scheduling challenges and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to liaise with team leaders and adapt to dynamic environments.
