This role plays a vital part in ensuring stock accuracy, efficient material flow, and compliance with internal and external standards.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain accurate inventory levels in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts; investigate discrepanciesReceive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and returnsEnsure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materialsSupport order preparation and on-time dispatch of productsCollaborate with logistics, sales, and customer service teams for smooth operationsMaintain warehouse documentation and ensure audit readinessFollow health, safety, and quality regulations in all warehouse activitiesRequirementsHigh school diploma required; university degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field is a plus2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or supply chain operationsFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong advantage)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)Ability to work independently and in a teamGood communication skillsFluent in Turkish; English is a plusWhat We OfferA dynamic and international working environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefitsBeing part of a purpose-driven company committed to excellence in patient care
