• Maintain, operate, and enhance our enterprise storage solutions.
• Work with Block, File, and Object storage services in multi-site environments.
• Manage synchronous active/active and asynchronous replication across multiple site configurations.
• Managing storage protocols such as S3, SMB, NFS, and FC (Fiber Channel), ensuring proper configuration and integration with VMware and physical servers.
• Performing regular infrastructure assessments, updates, and patches on storage systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance with industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Troubleshooting storage-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity issues, and data access problems, utilizing root cause analysis techniques together with vendor support.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (networking, virtualization, cloud, and security) to design and implement storage solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational goals.
• Oversee and maintain a dual Fabric FC SAN, essential to our Block services.
• Collaborate with state-of-the-art technology from Dell and Cisco to ensure high availability and performance.

What We Expect from You:

• Solid experience in managing large, centralized storage environments, from implementation to optimization.
• Proven skills in areas such as operations, performance analysis, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade replication technologies and multi-site configurations.
• Strong understanding of NAS, S3 Object storage and SAN infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call duty
