Experienced Store Manager – Lead Inventory Operations Supporting Maintenance & Sales.We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee and manage the inventory, tools, and materials supporting maintenance operations and sales activities at Skyways Technics. This critical role ensures efficient, compliant, and accurate control of stores functions, including inventory management, shipping, customs clearance, and cross-departmental coordination to maintain operational readiness.Skyways Technics A/S is a Danish MRO focused on maintenance of regional aircrafts and components. We strive to constantly meet the customer’s requirements and maintain Skyways Technics A/S’ position as the preferred maintenance provider.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring proper storage, tagging, and segregation of components and tools.
• Conduct and supervise incoming inspections of parts and materials, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Maintain calibration and readiness of tools, and ensure tools are available for maintenance operations.
• Report and coordinate with the Group Workshop Manager on any suspected unapproved parts.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory records and assist in audits and evaluations.
• Report shortages or losses that could affect maintenance capability.
• Ensure all storage areas comply with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Technical Services for airworthiness directive compliance.
• Provide logistics support to the Skyways Sales department.

Qualifications:

• Technical education, preferably in logistics or aviation.
• Solid understanding of EASA Part-145 and other applicable regulatory and maintenance standards.
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or stores management, ideally in an aviation or technical maintenance environment.
• Prior work in regulated environments with exposure to quality control or compliance oversight.
